Easy yoga pose

Child’s Pose, or Balasana, is a gentle and restful yoga pose that offers relaxation and introspection. To enter this pose, start by kneeling on the floor, big toes touching and knees spread apart. Sit back onto your heels and exhale as you lower your torso between your thighs. Extend your arms in front of you or alongside your body, palms facing down. Let your forehead rest on the ground or a prop, like a block or a cushion, allowing your spine to gently round. As you breathe softly, feel the stretch through your back and shoulders. Child’s Pose is ideal for finding calmness, releasing tension in the back, and creating a sense of sanctuary within your practice. Feel free to remain in the pose for as long as you’re comfortable, nurturing a peaceful connection between your body and your breath.
